The 4th annual gala will take place in April 2010 and will be held at the beautiful Reynolds & Reynolds Headquarters. The Mayor's Charity Ball event is dedicated to raising funds for non-profit organizations which serve the welfare of the Kettering Community.

On this page is a downloadable Letter of Intent to be considered to become the 2011 Kettering Mayor's Charity Ball charity recipient.

Participation from your organization in pre-event planning and activities is required. Following are a list of  items in which your participation will be appreciated. These tasks will not only promote the Mayor's Charity Ball, but also your organization.

a. Member(s) of your organization that will serve on the event planning committee.  Please provide contact name, title, address, daytime and cell phone numbers, and email address for each committee members.

b. Organization Logo and PMS Colors. Digital art work is needed.

c. Description of the project, program or activities that the funds will be designated and applied.

d. Presentation to the Kettering Rotary Club and committee members at a regularly scheduled Kettering Rotary meeting. The presentation should include the history of your organization, programs and activities and how the funds will be utilized.

e. List/Database of possible sponsors for the event.  Email addresses where available. This list will be used only for this event while your organization is the beneficiary.

f. List/Database of names and addresses for the invitation list.  Email addresses where available. This list will be used only for this event while your organization is the beneficiary.

g. Power Point Documentary on your organization that will be displayed at the event.
